All Ma&Mi properties are located in Cefalù. Ma&Mi Light Rooms and Ma&Mi Guest House are situated in a quiet residential area, around a 10-15 minute walk from the historic centre and the beach, while Ma&Mi For You is just 300 metres from the historic centre. All properties are easily accessible by car.

Can I walk to Cefalù’s historic centre from the properties?

Yes. All Ma&Mi properties are within walking distance of the historic centre. Ma&Mi Light Rooms and Ma&Mi Guest House are about a 10-minute walk away, while Ma&Mi For You is just 5 minutes on foot from the centre.

Is there a ZTL in Cefalù? Are the properties inside it?

Most of Cefalù’s historic centre is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). All Ma&Mi properties are located outside the ZTL, making them easy to reach by car without access restrictions.

How can I get around Cefalù without a car?

The best way to explore Cefalù is on foot. The historic centre, the Cathedral, the seafront, and the town’s main attractions are all within a 10-15 minute walk of the Ma&Mi properties.

Is parking available at the Ma&Mi properties?

Parking depends on the property. Ma&Mi Light Rooms has free public parking approximately 10 metres from the entrance. Ma&Mi Guest House and Ma&Mi For You also have free public parking nearby. Parking spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is parking free?

Yes. The public parking areas near all Ma&Mi properties are free of charge.

What if the parking area is full?

As parking spaces cannot be reserved, availability is not guaranteed. If the nearest parking area is full, you can look for a space in the surrounding streets or use one of the paid car parks closer to the town centre. We recommend arriving early in the morning or later in the evening, when it’s generally easier to find a parking space.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included only at Ma&Mi For You, our bed & breakfast, where a continental buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Ma&Mi Light Rooms and Ma&Mi Guest House are guest houses and do not include breakfast.

Is there a kitchen for guests?

Yes. Both Ma&Mi Light Rooms and Ma&Mi Guest House offer a fully equipped shared kitchen for guests to use freely during their stay.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available at all Ma&Mi properties.

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?

Ma&Mi For You is the closest property to the beach, located just 500 metres from Cefalù’s seafront promenade.

Which property has the best sea view?

Ma&Mi Guest House offers the group’s most spectacular views, with a panoramic terrace overlooking both the sea and La Rocca of Cefalù.

Are the properties suitable for families?

Ma&Mi on Boat offers three unforgettable experiences:
