The facilities have the same characteristics, which are modern and free parking for our customers.
The historic center and all places of interest are easily reachable on foot in ten minutes as well as by car. But since the historic center is closed to traffic, as well as part of the promenade, we strongly recommend that you move on foot, leaving your car free at the chosen structure.

CHECK IN
Check-In is from 2.00pm to 8.00pm. However, if you were to arrive before the scheduled time, you will still have the opportunity to leave your luggage, park the car, get the keys and have all the useful information to start your visit to the city. Check-In is also possible no later than 8.00 pm. During the high season, where there may be delays due to traffic or, in other cases, it will be possible to check in remotely but always and no later than 8.00 pm. Upon arrival, after sending the documents on WhatsApp or via email, you will be given instructions for access.
CHECK OUT
Check-Out is carried out by 10.30 am. In addition to handing over the keys, you will be asked to pay (which can only be done in cash) the tourist tax, the amount of which is 2.00 euros per person and only for the first 5 days. Children under 12 years old are not subject to the payment of the tax. As clearly stated both on the structure’s website and in any case on the reservation held by the guest, the check out time is set by 10.30 am. Delays in leaving the room free of people or things are tolerated up to a maximum of 15 minutes beyond this time. If the room is still occupied after 10.45 am by people or things such as luggage or objects belonging to the guest, a penalty equal to an extra night’s stay will be charged, at the maximum price charged, without having the right to stay. That is, the customer will still have to leave the room.
ITEMS LEFT BY GUESTS IN THE ROOMS AFTER DEPARTURE Before departure, guests are requested to check that no objects and clothing have been forgotten in the rooms. The management of the facility keeps everything found for approximately 30 days from the date of release of the room. After this period, in the absence of requests from the customer for shipments or recoveries through representatives, such objects or clothing will be eliminated. Requests for shipments by guests to their home must be paid in advance at an amount of €30.00 plus shipping costs.
CLEANING
The person assigned to this task generally enters the rooms on a daily basis and approximately from 10 am to around 12 pm for their arrangement and cleaning. Customers who wish to have their room cleaned are asked to allow access to the room when the maid requests it. Otherwise, if the customer refuses to have the cleaning done, the room will not be stocked with toilet paper and various consumables and, therefore, they may be found in the cabinet in the corridor. It should be noted that the structure is responsible for daily cleaning services while the customer is required to leave the room tidy. If the customer does not do so, the room will not be cleaned. If the room is found to be in a dirty condition that objectively exceeds the norm or if dirt has been produced beyond the normal use that a guest can reasonably create, an extra €15.00 per day will be charged, in addition to any damage found due to dirt, such as indelible stains on tablecloths, bedspreads, curtains etc.
CHANGE OF ROOM LINEN
Dear guest, ours are small extra-hotel structures of Guest Houses and Bed&Breakfasts which aim to provide customers with a comfortable, quality environment at an affordable price. Every day we try to improve the services offered while always maintaining a good relationship between quality and price. To continue to obtain good results in this sense we must absolutely avoid unnecessary waste and the collaboration of customers is essential to achieve this result. Therefore, the guest’s attention is drawn not to throw the towels on the floor and ask for them to be replaced for the sole reason that they have only been used once and are only wet but not dirty. Our policy is to replace towels after three days of the guest’s stay, regardless of the condition of the linen. The sheets are changed mid-stay for stays of at least 7 nights. For more frequent changes expressly requested by the customer or deduced from his specific behavior in this sense (towels thrown on the floor), a minimum amount of €8.00 per piece changed will be charged. Finally, if it is ascertained that either the linen supplied in the rooms is missing or, due to illegitimate use by the guest, their irremediable soiling to the point of making washing useless or particularly laborious and expensive, the guest will be charged the amount of €15.00 per piece as compensation for damages and the dirty item of linen will be given to the customer. Therefore, for the reasons above and not least out of respect for the structure and all guests, customers are advised not to use the linen owned by the structure granted for use, for shoe cleaning operations, cleaning of the face to remove make-up, hair removal with creams or in any case to abstain from improper use of underwear which would lead to its irreparable soiling.
DAMAGES
Before the delivery of each room and at the time of check in, each room is carefully checked again by our staff to verify that everything is in order and functioning. Any damage detected during the stay, at check out or even when the guest has already departed, will be documented and charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking based on the actual cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item.
ENTRY TO THE ROOMS
Access to the rooms is reserved exclusively for guests. Customers’ companions cannot have access to the rooms even for a very short time without prior authorization. If a customer brings into the room a person unknown to the management and whose details the management has not previously collected, the maximum rate for the double room (taken from the price list communicated to the Tourism Board) will be applied as a penalty. of the Sicily Region, in addition to the management’s unquestionable decision to terminate the contract with its customer regarding the stay and invite him to leave the facility.
SMOKING IN THE ROOMS
For obvious hygienic and safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies of the rooms that are equipped with it, making sure that the smoke does not enter the room. If a bad smell is detected in the room which suggests failure to comply with such a prohibition, the management reserves the right to apply a fine of €50.00 to the non-compliant guest. If the guest persists in non-compliant behavior even after warning and sanction, the guest will be asked to leave the facility without any right on the part of the guest to reimbursement for any nights not used.
BREAKFAST
is served from 1th April to 31 October from 8 to 10 in the morning.
Breakfast may vary every day. Two drinks per person are included. Furthermore, each one has a cost of € 1.50
