One of Ma&Mi For You’s greatest advantages is its location. The property is situated outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) in a scenic area that’s easy to reach by car, yet only 300 metres from Piazza Garibaldi, the gateway to Cefalù’s historic centre.
Three hundred metres means about a five-minute walk. After breakfast, you can stroll into town, visit the magnificent Norman Cathedral, wander through the charming narrow streets, continue down to the seafront, and return without ever needing your car. The promenade and the beach are just 500 metres away, easily reached on foot through the heart of the old town.
Staying this close to the centre completely changes the way you experience Cefalù. You can enjoy the town at your own pace, without relying on your car for everyday outings or worrying about finding parking every time you head out.
Sea View Rooms: Double and Triple Accommodation
The rooms at Ma&Mi For You include both double and triple rooms, furnished in a modern style and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most rooms enjoy beautiful sea views, which can be admired directly from the window or your private balcony.
Our Superior Rooms feature both a sea view and a private balcony, giving you your own outdoor space to relax before heading out or after returning in the evening. The Economy Room does not offer a sea view but still includes a private balcony, making it an excellent choice for guests who want a more affordable stay without giving up outdoor space.

Free Parking and Easy Access by Car
Ma&Mi For You is located outside Cefalù’s ZTL (limited traffic zone), making it easy to reach by car without permits or time restrictions.
Just beyond Via di Belgioioso No. 4, you’ll find a public square with free parking spaces, clearly marked with blue and white signs. Parking is available in the centre and lower section of the square. Spaces cannot be reserved and are subject to availability, but thanks to the property’s location just outside the historic centre, they are generally easier to find than parking in the heart of town.
Once you’ve parked, we recommend leaving your car for the rest of your stay. The historic centre, the beach, and Cefalù’s main attractions are all within easy walking distance. If you plan to explore further afield, including Palermo, the Madonie Mountains, or the charming towns along the coast, the property also offers quick access to major roads and motorways without having to drive through the town centre.
Welcome and Check-in
Upon arrival, the Ma&Mi For You team will personally welcome you, provide useful information about the town, hand you a map of Cefalù, and recommend the best restaurants, attractions, and places to visit during your stay.
Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the high season, if you experience delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, remote check-in can be arranged. Check-out is by 10:30 AM.

Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo notato che alcuni aspetti dell'alloggio differivano da come avevamo interpretato la descrizione dell'immobile fornita dall'agenzia di affitto. Dopo aver parlato con Mirko, si è preso il tempo di spiegarci chiaramente la situazione e di rispondere alle nostre domande. Era evidente che la discrepanza non fosse colpa sua e ha gestito tutto con gentilezza, onestà e professionalità.
Uno dei momenti più belli del nostro soggiorno è stata la colazione ogni mattina con Bernadetta. Era calorosa, accogliente e una padrona di casa meravigliosa. Ogni mattina abbiamo gustato una deliziosa colazione con pane fresco e altre prelibatezze. L'appartamento Ma & Mi era molto pulito, soprattutto i pavimenti e le zone giorno, ed era evidente che Bernadetta ci teneva molto a mantenere tutto in ordine e ben curato. Sebbene l'edificio rifletta il carattere di una proprietà d'epoca e ci siano alcune aree che potrebbero beneficiare di un ammodernamento, la parte Ma & Mi dell'appartamento era impeccabile, confortevole e tenuta in ottime condizioni.
Anche la posizione era eccellente. Sebbene sia necessario avere gambe abbastanza robuste (la passeggiata fino alla spiaggia è di circa 1 km in discesa su una collina piuttosto ripida, e ovviamente il ritorno è in salita), la posizione era comunque perfetta. Ci è piaciuto molto poter andare a piedi in città per cena, shopping e visite turistiche, e poi tornare a casa con una passeggiata.
Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza è stata meravigliosa. Mirko e Bernadetta ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti durante tutto il soggiorno e raccomanderemmo senza esitazione Ma & Mi Airbnb a chiunque visiti Cefalù.

La colazione era buona e offriva una bella vista sulla città.
La discesa verso il centro è ripida e richiede circa 12-15 minuti a piedi.
I 3 posti auto erano occupati, soprattutto considerando il numero di camere disponibili. Tuttavia, siamo riusciti a parcheggiare lungo il muretto del vialetto senza problemi. La salita e la discesa per raggiungere la struttura sono ripide.

Lo stabile dove abbiamo soggiornato non era a primo impatto invogliante …. Ma si sa che la prima impressione non è mai a volte quella che conta ! Il B&B è al 4 piano e si arriva con un ampio ascensore … appena si entra ….wow tutto TOP ! Merita per tutto davvero , bravi i gestori … bella l’accoglienza e colazione super ! Ambiente moderno
