Just 300 Metres from Cefalù’s Historic Centre: Explore Everything on Foot

One of Ma&Mi For You’s greatest advantages is its location. The property is situated outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) in a scenic area that’s easy to reach by car, yet only 300 metres from Piazza Garibaldi, the gateway to Cefalù’s historic centre.

Three hundred metres means about a five-minute walk. After breakfast, you can stroll into town, visit the magnificent Norman Cathedral, wander through the charming narrow streets, continue down to the seafront, and return without ever needing your car. The promenade and the beach are just 500 metres away, easily reached on foot through the heart of the old town.

Staying this close to the centre completely changes the way you experience Cefalù. You can enjoy the town at your own pace, without relying on your car for everyday outings or worrying about finding parking every time you head out.

Sea View Rooms: Double and Triple Accommodation

The rooms at Ma&Mi For You include both double and triple rooms, furnished in a modern style and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Most rooms enjoy beautiful sea views, which can be admired directly from the window or your private balcony.

Our Superior Rooms feature both a sea view and a private balcony, giving you your own outdoor space to relax before heading out or after returning in the evening. The Economy Room does not offer a sea view but still includes a private balcony, making it an excellent choice for guests who want a more affordable stay without giving up outdoor space.

Free Parking and Easy Access by Car

Ma&Mi For You is located outside Cefalù’s ZTL (limited traffic zone), making it easy to reach by car without permits or time restrictions.

Just beyond Via di Belgioioso No. 4, you’ll find a public square with free parking spaces, clearly marked with blue and white signs. Parking is available in the centre and lower section of the square. Spaces cannot be reserved and are subject to availability, but thanks to the property’s location just outside the historic centre, they are generally easier to find than parking in the heart of town.

Once you’ve parked, we recommend leaving your car for the rest of your stay. The historic centre, the beach, and Cefalù’s main attractions are all within easy walking distance. If you plan to explore further afield, including Palermo, the Madonie Mountains, or the charming towns along the coast, the property also offers quick access to major roads and motorways without having to drive through the town centre.

Welcome and Check-in

Upon arrival, the Ma&Mi For You team will personally welcome you, provide useful information about the town, hand you a map of Cefalù, and recommend the best restaurants, attractions, and places to visit during your stay.

Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. During the high season, if you experience delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, remote check-in can be arranged. Check-out is by 10:30 AM.

Tour della Sicilia: Siamo arrivati autonomamente con indicazioni precise. Il parcheggio pubblico era molto affollato, ma siamo stati fortunati a trovare un posto libero (attenzione a non parcheggiare negli spazi con le linee gialle, poiché sono riservati ai residenti). La posizione era comoda per evitare la ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato). Era vicino al centro città e alla spiaggia, e anche vicino alla Rocca, un'escursione che abbiamo potuto fare il giorno successivo. La biancheria da letto era impeccabile e la camera pulita, ma scarsamente insonorizzata. Sentivamo i vicini del piano di sopra fino a tarda notte. Eravamo nella camera numero uno, che sconsiglieremmo perché si trova vicino all'ingresso (rumore della porta) e si apre direttamente sulla sala colazioni. La colazione offriva opzioni sia dolci che salate, cosa piuttosto insolita in questa zona. Io e il mio compagno siamo stati comunque soddisfatti di questa tappa.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno, la posizione è perfetta e il servizio è stato davvero ottimo. La ragazza che ci lavora fa un ottimo lavoro con le pulizie e prepara una colazione deliziosa. Ho letto che alcuni dicevano che le camere sono piccole. Sono effettivamente piccole, ma in vacanza si passa più tempo fuori che in camera! Penso però che la camera sia piuttosto cara. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti e abbiamo pagato 800 €, che è tanto. Ma Cefalù è piuttosto cara in generale!

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno di 14 giorni davvero piacevole presso l'appartamento Ma & Mi su Airbnb. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo notato che alcuni aspetti dell'alloggio differivano da come avevamo interpretato la descrizione dell'immobile fornita dall'agenzia di affitto. Dopo aver parlato con Mirko, si è preso il tempo di spiegarci chiaramente la situazione e di rispondere alle nostre domande. Era evidente che la discrepanza non fosse colpa sua e ha gestito tutto con gentilezza, onestà e professionalità. Uno dei momenti più belli del nostro soggiorno è stata la colazione ogni mattina con Bernadetta. Era calorosa, accogliente e una padrona di casa meravigliosa. Ogni mattina abbiamo gustato una deliziosa colazione con pane fresco e altre prelibatezze. L'appartamento Ma & Mi era molto pulito, soprattutto i pavimenti e le zone giorno, ed era evidente che Bernadetta ci teneva molto a mantenere tutto in ordine e ben curato. Sebbene l'edificio rifletta il carattere di una proprietà d'epoca e ci siano alcune aree che potrebbero beneficiare di un ammodernamento, la parte Ma & Mi dell'appartamento era impeccabile, confortevole e tenuta in ottime condizioni. Anche la posizione era eccellente. Sebbene sia necessario avere gambe abbastanza robuste (la passeggiata fino alla spiaggia è di circa 1 km in discesa su una collina piuttosto ripida, e ovviamente il ritorno è in salita), la posizione era comunque perfetta. Ci è piaciuto molto poter andare a piedi in città per cena, shopping e visite turistiche, e poi tornare a casa con una passeggiata. Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza è stata meravigliosa. Mirko e Bernadetta ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti durante tutto il soggiorno e raccomanderemmo senza esitazione Ma & Mi Airbnb a chiunque visiti Cefalù. Peter e Vicki

La camera era bella e pulita, anche se piccola. Le foto la fanno sembrare decisamente più grande di quanto non sia in realtà. Inoltre, c'è un edificio che ostruisce la vista su Cefalù. Le foto nel profilo si riferiscono alla camera migliore, anche se la maggior parte delle camere non gode di quella vista. La colazione era buona e offriva una bella vista sulla città. La discesa verso il centro è ripida e richiede circa 12-15 minuti a piedi. I 3 posti auto erano occupati, soprattutto considerando il numero di camere disponibili. Tuttavia, siamo riusciti a parcheggiare lungo il muretto del vialetto senza problemi. La salita e la discesa per raggiungere la struttura sono ripide.

B&B assolutamente consigliato! A soli 10 minuti si arriva in centro o al mare Possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa se si ha la fortuna di trovarlo Gestori gentilissimi e cordiali, anche la ragazza che si occupa della colazione La stanza è come in foto, grande e dotata di tutti i comfort, con mini frigo, balconcino, aria condizionata. Ma la vera chicca è la doccia con la radio! Torneremo sicuramente

Tutto perfetto Lo stabile dove abbiamo soggiornato non era a primo impatto invogliante …. Ma si sa che la prima impressione non è mai a volte quella che conta ! Il B&B è al 4 piano e si arriva con un ampio ascensore … appena si entra ….wow tutto TOP ! Merita per tutto davvero , bravi i gestori … bella l’accoglienza e colazione super ! Ambiente moderno Sala ampia per colazione Asciugamani .. letto comodo e doccia 🚿 tecnologica come hanno già scritto Vicina a Cefalu e a pochi passi anche da una enoteca che a mio avviso merita 😉 Parcheggio Vicino al centro 10 / 15 minuti e complimenti 🎉 per lo staff e i gestori Grazie 🙏

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo BandB per una sola notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene! Camera pulitissima, curata e silenziosa. Bagno piccolino ma provvisto di tutto l'occorrente, con una doccia davvero spaziosa e tecnologica. Posizione ottima, si è vicini a mare e centro di Cefalù. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura! Il palazzo è provvisto di ascensore per trasportare comodamente i bagagli. Accoglienza molto gentile da parte dei gestori. Menzione speciale per la colazione: buffet dolce e salato con prodotti fatti in casa (ottime le marmellate!) Consigliato!

Mirko è stato molto disponibile. Ad attenderci ( questo è buono perché spesso nei b e b aspetti e suoni e non c è nessuno..) Federica gentile che ci ha mostrato tutto. La posizione è comoda x il centro ed il mare. La camera nuova e pure il bagno pulitissimi.La colazione veramente ottima con tanta scelta e prodotti casalinghi realizzati dalla mamma di Mirko. Presente sia dolce che salato. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Bella struttura, gestita bene da Mirko. Si trova all'interno di un palazzo vecchiotto che stanno ristrutturando. Camere organizzata bene e bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Colazione ottima lato dolci, peccato che non ci fosse molto di salato. Il posto è a 5 Min a piedi dal centro storico e 10 Min dal lungomare. Lo consiglio.
