I gestori non sono presenti in struttura, ma rispondono prontamente via WhatsApp alle richieste. Sotto questo aspetto l'accoglienza può risultare un po' aspettica ma sono sempre stati cortesi.
La camera che ci è stata assegnata era una matrimoniale arredata in modo molto minimal. Il letto era comodo, mentre il bagno era molto piccolo, compresa la doccia in cui io faticavo molto a muovermi. Era presente il bidet. Dagli scarichi usciva odore di fogna.
La colazione era buona ed abbondante, per tutti i gusti. Viene servita sul terrazzino con splendida vista mare. Un regolamento della struttura dice che si hanno a disposizione 2 drink, dopo di che bisogna pagare 1 euro per ogni drink aggiuntivo.
Ora la nota veramente dolente.
I pavimenti della camera non erano stati puliti adeguatamente prima del nostro arrivo (avevo appoggiato lo zaino sul pavimento e quando l'ho sollevato era pieno di polvere) e non sono stati puliti per tutto il tempo della nostra permanenza, ovvero 4 notti. Così come non sono stati puliti i sanitari.
Un giorno nemmeno il letto è stato rifatto.
Il regolamento dice che gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 3 giorni. In base alle nostre esperienza, vengono sostituiti solitamente dopo 3 notti, mentre qui viene inteso che si sostituiscono al quarto giorno, nel nostro caso quando ce ne siamo andati.
Fatto presente il fatto della pulizia, il gestore ci ha scontato la tassa di soggiorno.
La pulizia è un aspetto fondamentale, abbiamo sperimentato molti altri B&B anche più economici di questo con servizi molto più curati.
Consiglio di mettere più cura in questo.
