Housekeeping

Rooms are generally serviced daily between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

If you would like your room cleaned, please allow our housekeeping staff to enter when they arrive. If you choose to decline the service, your room will not be replenished with toilet paper or other consumables. These items can be found in the cabinet located in the hallway.

Daily housekeeping is provided by the property, while guests are kindly asked to keep their rooms reasonably tidy. If a room is left excessively untidy, housekeeping may not be carried out.

If a room requires extraordinary cleaning due to conditions beyond normal use, an additional €15.00 per day cleaning fee may apply. Guests may also be charged for any damage caused by excessive staining or misuse, including permanent stains on towels, bedspreads, curtains, or other furnishings.

Towels & Bed Linen

As a small guest house and B&B, we strive to provide comfortable, high-quality accommodation while maintaining excellent value for money. We are also committed to reducing unnecessary waste and appreciate our guests’ cooperation.

To help minimise our environmental impact:

• Towels are replaced every three days, regardless of their condition.
• Bed linen is changed midway through stays of seven nights or longer.

If you request more frequent towel or linen changes, or if towels are left on the floor indicating a replacement request, a charge of €8.00 per item will apply.

Missing or permanently damaged towels or bed linen, including damage caused by improper use, will be charged at €15.00 per item. The damaged item will be returned to the guest upon request.

We kindly ask guests not to use towels or bed linen for purposes other than their intended use, such as cleaning shoes, removing make-up, using depilatory creams, or any activity that may permanently stain or damage the fabric.

Damage to the Property

Every room is carefully inspected before check-in to ensure that everything is clean, complete, and in good working order.

Any damage identified during your stay, at check-out, or after your departure will be documented and charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. Charges will reflect the actual cost of repair or replacement.

Visitors

For security reasons, only registered guests are permitted inside the rooms.

Visitors are not allowed access to guest rooms without prior authorisation from management.

If an unregistered person is brought into a room without prior approval, the property reserves the right to charge the maximum double room rate as a penalty and, if necessary, terminate the accommodation agreement and ask the guest to leave the property.

Smoking Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.

Smoking is permitted only on the balconies of rooms that have one, provided that smoke does not enter the room.

If there is evidence that smoking has taken place inside a room, including the presence of smoke odours, a €50.00 cleaning penalty will be charged.

Guests who continue to violate the no-smoking policy after receiving a warning and penalty may be required to leave the property immediately, without any refund for unused nights.
